Kemp started his career working in Tennessee in hardwood stands which provided him with a rare, in-depth understanding of hardwood management and inventory procedures. Joining Broadleaf in 2017, Kemp specializes in field work, including timber cruising, marking property lines, timber marking, and hardwood management.

Degree in Forest Operations and Business from Virginia Tech
