LOCAL TIMBERLAND INVESTOR PURCHASES TWO TRACTS IN BUCKINGHAM COUNTY

Richmond, VA – Commonwealth Land, LLC is pleased to have facilitated the sale of two tracts of land to a local timberland investor, JCM III LLC: 244± acres on Copper Mine Road and 161.5± acres on Francisco Road (VSR 636) located in Buckingham County, VA. Hank Campbell represented the seller of the two-investment grade timberland tracts. The 244± acre tract along Copper Mine Road sold for $562,500 and the 161.5± acre tract along Francisco Road sold for $352,500. These tracts were under contract within 90 days and closed within 30 days.
