Commonwealth Land Completed Two Transactions this Week

Richmond, VA – August 9, 2019 – Commonwealth Land is pleased to report this week’s completed transaction.

• Tranz America LLC  purchased 147± acres at Lara Road in Lancaster County from Stonewall Timber LLC for $328,650.  Hank Campbell represented the Seller.
• Allen Bank purchased 127± acres at 3902 Guinea Station Rd in Spotsylvania County. Hank Campbell and Nate Krey represented the Seller.
