• Randy Stauffer purchased 49.23 acres at Cedar Point Road & Folly Neck Road in Richmond County for $141,000.  Randy Cosby and Chris Jenkins represented the Seller.
• William H. Hughes purchased 41 acres on Lively Hope Road in Northumberland County for $93,275.00.  Hank Campbell represented the Seller.
• Justin Jones purchased 72 acres on Piney Mountain Road in Appomattox County for $150,000.00.  Randy Cosby and Hank Campbell represented the Seller.
