Commonwealth Land Completed Three Transactions this Week

Richmond, VA – May 24, 2019 – Commonwealth Land is pleased to report this week’s completed transaction.

  • Devin Hodges and Joanna C. Jacob purchased 63.9 acres on Newline Road in Goochland County from Cherotuck Nurseries, Inc. for $180,000.  Hank Campbell represented the Seller.
  • Verdi Cox Road LLC purchased 194 acres on Highway 92 and Mt. Pleasant Road in Mecklenburg County from Barbara Crutchfield George, Trustee of the Separate Property Trust for $300,000.  Nate Krey and Hank Campbell represented the Seller.
  • Strickler LLC purchased 166.8 acres on Western Mill Road in Brunswick County from Stonewall Timberlands LLC for $250,000.  Hank Campbell and Nate Krey represented the Seller.
