Commonwealth Land Completed Three Transactions This Week

Richmond, VA – May 10, 2019 – Commonwealth Land is pleased to report this week’s completed transaction.

  • Recrevest Founders LLC purchased 1,410 acres on Bracketts Bend Road in Powhatan County from Earl M. Thompson, Lisa Cox, Robin Petrine & SB Cox, Inc. for $2,000,000.  Hank Campbell, Joe Burhman and Randy Cosby represented both the Seller and Purchaser in a designated agency relationship.
  • Catterton Crest Farm LLC purchased 98 acres known as Oak Knoll Farm on Scuffletown Road in Orange County from Jaenke Farms LLC for $675,000.  Bill Barnett and Randy Cosby represented the Seller.
  • LGL Properties, LLC purchased 96 acres on Mount Olive Road in Northumberland County from ETO II TRS, LLC for $202,000.  Hank Campbell represented the Seller.
