  • Jared and Bethany Anthony purchased 53± acres on Ramsey Memorial Road in Franklin County from Weyerhaeuser NR Company for $98,500.  Chris Jenkins and Randy Cosby represented the Seller.
  • Larry Allen Blankenship II & Robin Jones Blankenship purchased 50± acres on Rock Cliff Road in Bedford County from Weyerhaeuser Company for $101,846.94.  Hank Campbell and Randy Cosby represented the Seller.
  • T. David Cox & R. Wade Barnhill purchased 113± acres on Old Forty Road in Sussex County from Blackwater Land & Timber LLC for $254,000.  Hank Campbell represented the Seller.
