Richmond, VA – July 19, 2019 – Commonwealth Land is pleased to report this week’s completed transaction.

  • Scott TImberland Co LP purchased 545.6 acres at Brills & Continental Road in Dinwiddie County from Stonewall Timber LLC for $1,150,000.  Chris Jenkins and Randy Cosby represented the Seller. Hank Campbell & Nate Krey represented the Buyer.
