Commonwealth Land Completed a Transaction this Week

Richmond, VA – August 14, 2020 – Commonwealth Land is pleased to report recently completed transactions.

• JCM III LLC purchased 577 acres on Wickham Road in Louisa County from the Estate of Mariah C. Hasker, Rupert F. Chisholm, III and Laura Terrell Chisholm for $1,760,000.  Chris Jenkins and Randy Cosby represented the Seller.
