Commercial real estate firm Commonwealth Commercial Partners has branched out again. The Henrico County-based company has taken its rural land team and created a new subsidiary to better meet the needs of rural land buyers and sellers, said Mark Claud, the firm’s CEO.
“It is a different service from our commercial real estate business,” Claud said. “But it is complementary to what we do.”
The new subsidiary is called Commonwealth Land. A new Commonwealth Land website launched this month, and its new name and logo will start appearing on signs in the Richmond and Hampton Roads markets in mid-April.
